Since 2017, I have been teaching online, overcoming challenges that have helped me grow both professionally and personally. To continuously improve, I’ve completed over 40 teacher training workshops, refining my skills to better support my students. I am passionate about helping learners of all ages and backgrounds develop their English skills. By understanding their unique needs and using effective teaching strategies, I create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel confident, motivated, and excited to learn.

Being part of Phonics Manila has been a truly fulfilling experience, and I’m grateful to be part of such a dedicated team. As an administrator, I embrace the daily challenges of learning, planning, and creating, which have helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am committed to providing accurate information, maintaining professionalism, and encouraging open communication with parents about their child’s online education. I believe that parental involvement plays a crucial role in every child’s academic success, and I strive to create a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

Since 2023, I’ve been teaching online, which gives me the flexibility to set personalized schedules while balancing other commitments. Teaching from home—or anywhere with a reliable internet connection—helps create a comfortable and effective environment for my students. I make learning enjoyable by emphasizing its fun side and fostering strong communication. I also use interactive tools like images, videos, and audio clips to keep lessons engaging and ensure students understand the material fully.

As they say, 'A teacher is always a teacher.' Even when you step away, the passion for teaching stays with you. I’m excited to return to teaching with Phonics Manila. While it can be challenging to find what truly interests each student, once you do, learning becomes more enjoyable and meaningful. I’ve taken courses that have helped me improve my teaching, allowing me to create engaging lessons and support my students’ growth in the best way possible.

Since 2021, teaching English has been an incredibly rewarding journey.
